Dysmenorrhea treatment: Magnesium vs. COC
We explored the treatments for primary dysmenorrhea by comparing magnesium citrate and combination oral contraceptives. Our study involved 172 women with dysmenorrhea and a matched control group.

While both treatments significantly reduced pelvic pain, those using oral contraceptives experienced greater relief and a decreased need for painkillers. Interestingly, we also found lower levels of calcium and vitamin D in patients with dysmenorrhea. Magnesium citrate did provide some relief, but it wasn’t as effective as oral contraceptives.

Letrozole and norethindrone aid pain relief
We explored the effectiveness of letrozole and norethindrone acetate, along with calcium citrate, in treating pelvic pain related to endometriosis. In this pilot study involving ten women, they received these treatments daily for six months.

Remarkably, all participants experienced significant pain relief, with no endometriosis detected during follow-up procedures. However, we didn't observe any major changes in bone density or hormone levels, signaling that the impact of calcium citrate in this context might not be substantial. This combination shows potential for managing difficult cases of endometriosis.

Salvation while breastfeeding! After giving birth, my pelvic bones ached terribly, and my hair was falling out while my nails were exfoliating. I tried costly vitamins from our pharmacy. There was zero effect. After a month of taking this calcium with D3, I felt revitalised. I can now walk with the stroller for extended periods, my nails are growing rapidly, and my hair no longer falls out. My teeth remain healthy. Solgar is simply the best!

EXCELLENT CALCIUM! It promotes bone growth without causing allergies. I consistently take calcium every spring and autumn. After using calcium from "Solgar", my leg pain vanished, and I now sleep well without bones hurting. I take two tablets daily with noticeable results within a month. I plan to take it for two months, then have a six-month break. It also contains vitamin D3 for better absorption.

Excellent calcium! I purchased it for my mother, whose leg was in severe pain. Within a week of taking it, her pain subsided, and she intends to continue taking it for life. All women, particularly in postmenopausal ages, should consider daily use.

Bone pain alleviation
It was surprising to learn that for a decent dosage, you need to drink four pieces. I purchased this due to low stock elsewhere. I noticed an effect: my bone pain diminished, and the Vitamin D3 aids in stabilising calcium levels.
